Nielsen’s Diverse Leadership Network (DLN), our leadership development program for high-performing associates with diverse backgrounds, together with Nielsen’s Supplier Diversity team, recently competed in a case study competition to develop a strategic plan based on data and insights for one of our diverse suppliers.
To give diverse businesses the tools they need to grow, the supplier diversity team has developed a slate of workshops that tap the expertise of Nielsen’s senior leaders across a variety of topics, including finance, sourcing and marketing.
2016 has been an important year for diversity and inclusion at Nielsen, beginning with the appointment of Angela Talton as Nielsen’s Chief Diversity Officer. Today, we released our first Diversity & Inclusion Report, which provides a comprehensive look at the work done to date reflecting Nielsen’s investment in and commitment to global diversity.
